Artistic Director and Choreographer

Ekaterina began dancing at the age of 5. She graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Boroneg, Russia. Her training included Ballet, Point, Character, Jazz and Tap. After graduation she joined the professional dance company of Moscow, "Rhythms of Planet", as a principle dance and as a dance instructor for the Dance Academy, established by the same company in Tula, Russia.
Ekaterina has performed in many solos, duet, trio and groups travelling all over Canada and the U.S. including 5 years as the main dancer and soloist of Canadian music and dance company, Greyec Management Inc. (Producer Barbara Martin)
Ekaterina is the founder of the Russian folk dance group "Revival" which is involved in many international festivals and concerts. ("Matryoshka", Canada's Wonderland, CNE International Festival, "Folkorama", Winnipeg and many more)

Ballet Instructor

Oxana graduated from the Academy of the Bolshoi Ballet Theatre, Moscow, in 1992. Her professional training includes ballet, modern dance, jazz, tap, character, duet dance, piano. Her first professional engagement was with the Children’s State Musical Theatre and then she joined the Smirnov- Golovanov Theatre of Classical Ballet in Moscow. She performed all over the world in many classical ballets, such as Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and more.
Latin Dance Instructor
Carlos Martinez is a part-time salsa and bachata instructor and performer. Carlos has been dancing salsa for more than 7 years and bachata for more than 10 years and has trained intensely with one of the best Latin dance studio in Toronto. His rapid-fire learning, his comfort on stage and his love for teaching has led him to teach in diverse salsa clubs around Toronto.To keep progressive, he continues to travel extensively to learn from the world’s best dancers and instructors, and has attended dozens of salsa congresses in Puerto Rico, Los Angeles, Montreal, Orlando and of course Toronto.
Carlos has taken workshops with instructors like Eddy Torres, Tito Ortos, Stacey Lopez, Al "Liquid Silver" Espinosa and Super Mario.
Carlos’s attention to detail, along with his patience and dedication as an instructor, keep his classes progressive in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. He teaches group classes, private classes. Carlos focuses on ensuring proper technique, excellent leading and following skills and musicality while he teaches a range of moves from basic steps to intricate turn patterns, open floor shines and styling.
Salsa Dance Instructor
Sergio has discovered the magical world of Salsa through the Cuban music and culture. He has been trained by Cuban professional dancers in Italy and in Cuba, where he developed his own style and technique. He started teaching Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Rueda de Casino in many dance studios in Italy, before bringing his style to Canada, introducing also Rumba afro-Cubana and Son.
Flamenco Instructor
 Catalina Fellay is a Toronto-based dance professional and academic interested in culture specific dance forms. Her professional dance experience, although varied, has long been focused in Flamenco and Classical Spanish dance. As a member of the Esmeralda Enrique Spanish Dance Company, Catalina has enjoyed over fifteen years of performances with acclaimed performers from abroad. In addition, Catalina has enjoyed membership is companies such as the Toronto Ballet Ensemble, and Xing Dance Theatre of Canada where she performed and trained in several forms of Chinese traditional and contemporary dance. Her interest “beyond the steps” prompted the pursuit of a BFA and an MA in dance at York University, an MA from the Drama Centre at the University of Toronto, Certification in Movement Analysis from the Laban Institute for Movement Studies and is presently pursuing a PhD in Dance Studies at York University. Apart from teaching workshops across the GTA, Catalina enjoys giving lectures and participating as a member in panel discussion and conferences.
Tango Instructor
Yuri is a graduate of the National Ballet School in Kiev, and spent several years touring Europe and North and South America with the world famous Virsky Dance Company. A recent tour has taken Yuri to Seoul, South Korea. Since immigrating to Canada, Yuri has continued to perform, choreograph and teach. His recent choreographic work has included Canadian Ballet Theatre, "Gala of the 21st Century produced by Samuel Tencer & Nadia Vasalova-Tencer; Walt Disney's movie, "Ice Princess" and Canadian Ballet Theatre "The Nutcracker" performed at Toronto's Winter Garden Theatre in December 2006. We are thrilled to have Mr. Vrazhkin share his expertise with students of our dance studio..
Belly Dance Instructor
Rosanna McGuire returns to the Great White North after spending 2 years studying and performing bellydance in San Francisco. There, she studied with a who’s who of bellydance: Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour, FCBD, Jill Parker, Zoe Jakes, Rachel Brice, Mira Betz, Cera Byer, and Amy Sigil. Her classes are a culmination of years of study in both Egyptian and tribal fusion bellydance. Beginner classes emphasize technique development appropriate for all bellydance styles. Her performances are known for their unique interpretation of tribal fusion bellydance, incorporating elements of vintage jazz dances as well as hip-hop, while referencing traditional styles of Middle Eastern dance.
Rosanna continually strives to dance outside of her own box and fully admits to having dance ADD.
Jazz/Acro Instructor
Cassandra’s desire for the art of dance was evident from a early age, and dance soon became a driving force in her life. Receiving her formal training from young dancers of Canada,
all that dance, and art and soul dance company she now continues to train with professionals in the industry. Throughout her competitive years, Cassandra achieved much success completing her R.A.D
ballet exams and winning many prestigious awards. Cassandra is presently choreographing in Toronto while studying kinesiology at University of Guelph-Humber.
Breakdance Instructor
Cory is a self taught dancer with no background training. He got into bboying while doing his undergraduate degree in Biology at Queen's University. When Cory came to Toronto to do his Masters in developmental genetics at the University of Toronto, he tarted working at a dance studio “Vibe” to teach young kids about bboying. Through this job he met other bboying instructors who invited Cory to join their dance group, doing street and corporate performances.
